Yujin Media provides digital growth, user acquisition, and creative production services, including but not limited to our Web3, Gold, and STUDIO offerings. The scope of any engagement is defined in a separate agreement or statement of work between Yujin Media and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials required for Yujin Media to deliver its services. Delays caused by incomplete or late information may affect project timelines.

4. Payments

Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are agreed upon separately for each engagement. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing services.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Yujin Media retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yujin Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement. Outstanding fees for work completed remain payable upon termination.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
